Spring Clean Up & Edging

Our first property visit of the season that includes removing and disposing of debris in landscape beds, cutting back of any dormant perennials, and ornamental grasses as needed, and blowing off all hard surfaces. Includes deep bed edging of all existing plant beds and tree rings to create distinct lines between turf and beds in preparation for mulch.

Mulch & Pre-Emergent Application

Includes application of triple processed, hardwood mulch to landscape beds. Prior to mulching, a pre-emergent application is applied for preventative weed control.

Bed Maintenance

Includes pulling/spraying weeds and debris cleanup to ensure clean landscape beds all season long. Includes maintaining bed edges with string trimmer for crisp, clean lines.

Pruning

Includes pruning all shrubs in accordance with horticultural practices and cleanup of all debris.

Leaf Removal

While on site for weekly mowing, leaves will be maintained throughout the fall season through mulching, bagging, removal, and utilizing city street collections as needed.

Fall Clean Up

Includes visit at the end of the season to clean out landscape beds, cutback perennials, and remove debris to ensure clean appearance heading into the winter.

Maintenance Visit

Includes property visits throughout the season to maintain a detailed and neat landscape appearance all season long. While on site, service will include pruning plant material as needed, dead heading of annuals/perennials, pulling/spraying weeds, mulch cultivation, debris cleanup, leaf removal in the fall, and blowing off all hard surfaces. Maintenance visits can be structured as either ten (10) or twelve (12) occurrences based on landscape needs.
