Maintenance Crew Leader
This role is active, hands-on, and leadership-driven. As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small crew in the field and ensuring each property is maintained to our standards. You will set the pace for the day, communicate expectations clearly, and take ownership of the final result at each site. This is not a passive role—you are expected to lead from the front.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small maintenance crew (2–4 team members)
Set daily expectations and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
Maintain a high level of detail across all properties
Perform hands-on work alongside your team (pruning, edging, bed care, etc.)
Communicate with the Production Manager on progress, issues, and needs
Identify and address quality issues before leaving each property
Train and develop crew members on proper techniques and expectations
Ensure safe and professional operation of all equipment
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Previous landscape maintenance experience (leadership experience strongly preferred)
Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
High attention to detail—our clients expect clean, consistent results
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
Reliable, organized, and accountable

Full-time, Monday–Friday
8–10 hour days (40–50 hours/week)
